Despite the affluence of the U.S., communities exist in the U.S. that are tremendously underserved medically, such as Native American reservations, under-resourced inner-city areas, and rural, underserved communities. Dox4All International can usually reach into these distressed areas with even greater ease due to fewer language and political challenges. Establishing liaisons in such communities is an ongoing goal.
