The volunteer spirit is alive and well among U.S. physicians. However, leaving the country physically creates disruptive impacts on regular patients, clinic operations, and family. Telemedicine permits physicians to provide medical consultation ‘virtually’ without leaving home, office, or their favored work location. Dox4All International leverages the telemedine method by using a smartphone portal, combined with on-ground navigators that tele-present the patient in a manner that culturally specific. All Dox4All International physicians undergo credentialling according to rigorous North American standards, receive training the electronic documentation of all encounters, and optimal integration methods during telemedicine encounters.
